Beeftrak delivers the power of the Internet to the cattle industry

Beeftrak is accessed through the Log In link on every page of www.viewtrak.com. Subscribers use a personal username and password to view or work with their Beeftrak data. No software other than a standard web browser is required. (For more details on software and hardware requirements, go to Technology.) The site and data are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any Internet-accessible location. It is easy to use - no training or manuals are necessary.

Our top priority is to protect the privacy of your information. Only you can view or work with your account data. The Viewtrak server is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, the industry standard for Internet security. Viewtrak utilizes Verisign certificates for secure exchange of confidential data. This security technology encrypts the all information that you send us (including credit card numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers), so it cannot be read by anyone as it travels over the Internet.

Getting Started

Register

Click on the Log-In link on the Subscribe Now link at the top of this page. Fill in the required information, including choosing a username and password. Viewtrak sales staff will contact you within 24 hours to help you get started. It's that easy. 

Identify

Once registered, subscribers can begin recording animal information. An example of this would be recording the birth of a calf, along with its CCIA tag number. Recording weight, sex, breed and parentage is recommended. This information is significant to the process of tracking animals throughout the production process.

Record Events

Managing information with Viewtrak is simple and straightforward. By the input of information such as CCIA tag numbers, users can pinpoint an individual animal in the inventory. Once found, this individual animal's case file can be managed to add, remove or edit information. All significant events in the animal's life can be recorded including vaccinations, treatments, breeding, etc.

Produce Reports

Viewtrak uses cutting-edge technology to provide users with superior reporting. For example, you can generate detailed herd evaluation reports such as Calving Summary by Dams Age or Average Weaning Weights by Sire. Viewtrak is linked to core stock exchanges and up-to-date market prices to generate reports that help forecast asset values and time to market. By entering basic information, such as an estimated weight gain and a target market date, Viewtrak generates a forecast of what price and weight your livestock achieve when marketed. This tool allows you to predict the best outcome of many different feeding and marketing scenarios.
