Viewtrak Technologies Inc. is an industry leader in providing age & source verification, traceability and information management and marketing services to the livestock sector.

We are currently recruiting a junior level candidate who will be responsible for system support. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, are known for your client-focused service. Prior technical (help desk) support experience would be an asset but is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting to determine and resolve the root cause of many hardware or software issues
  • Performing basic software and hardware configuration and maintenance
  • Performing basic network troubleshooting
  • Write documentation relating to software maintenance and ongoing support
  • On-call assistance after hours and weekends on a rotating basis

Required Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to take direction and follow practices and procedures consistently and accurately
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills
