We are currently recruiting a junior level candidate who will be responsible for system support. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, are known for your client-focused service. Prior technical (help desk) support experience would be an asset but is not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting to determine and resolve the root cause of many hardware or software issues
- Performing basic software and hardware configuration and maintenance
- Performing basic network troubleshooting
- Write documentation relating to software maintenance and ongoing support
- On-call assistance after hours and weekends on a rotating basis

- Ability to take direction and follow practices and procedures consistently and accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
